ANNIE

Owner

Siefa Accounting and Business Services is owned and operated by Annie Siefa. Annie's passion for business and finance led her to open Siefa Accounting & Business Services to help small business owners manage their finances and focus more on running their business.


Annie lives in Kent, Washington with her husband. She has a BA in Politics from Whitman College, a certificate in Bookkeeping and is currently getting her Master in Accounting at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. Annie started Bookkeeping in 2016, working alongside her husband's small business. She also worked with various non-profits as a full charge bookkeeper and CPA doing bookkeeping and accounting. With her passion for serving others and her desire to see small business owners thrive, Annie dedicates her time ensuring that her clients' financials and overall business needs are taken care of.


In her free time, Annie enjoys spending time with her family and friends. You can also catch Annie at the gym working out, hiking, gardening, or reading a good book. Besides work, Annie volunteers at her church in the youth & women ministry.

LISA

Accountant & Client Manager

Lisa Menday resides in Kent, Washington with her husband and three children. She has a BS in Accounting from Central Washington University and passed the CPA exam after graduating.


She worked first for an international transportation company in payroll and then at a large accounting firm in Seattle. In September of 2023, she became part of the Siefa team!


Lisa homeschooled her kids and was part of the local chapter leadership team where she taught several co-op classes. Most recently, she has worked at a local gym as a personal trainer and fitness manager. 



In her free time, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family camping, hiking, and hanging out in bookstores. 

SARAH

Bookkeeper & Client Manager

Sarah Haidary was born in Kabul, Afghanistan, but currently resides in Auburn, Washington. She graduated from Rana University with a Bachelor's degree in Law and Political Science. 


While in Afghanistan she worked as a project coordinator, administrative assistant, and senior finance assistant at ACCL International, where she was in charge of managing various client accounts. 


In 2021, She migrated from Afghanistan to the United States and began working as a Bookkeeper and Client Manager at Siefa Accounting & Business Services. She enjoys developing new skills, traveling, reading books, walking, and bowling in her spare time.

LISA

Accountant & Client Manager

Paul

Accountant & Client Manager

Paul Ngali is from the Democratic Republic of Congo in Central Africa. After receiving his AAS in Accounting and Business Management from Institute of Superior Commerce in Kinshasa, DRC, he worked for 9 years in finance and accounting for the Ministry of Public Works and Infrastructure in his county.


In 2014 he immigrated with his family to the United States to pursue further education. Now, after graduation from Bellevue College with his Bachelor’s degree in Applied Accounting, he is pleased to have a position with Siefa Accounting and Business Services. 



Paul lives with his wife and 3 sons in Fife, Washington and enjoys relaxing with his family, outdoor activities, and trying new restaurants.

Sarah

Operations Assistant

Sarah Artemiev is a newcomer in the world of finance, but with a background in International Communications, Office Management and Education, she is proficient at multitasking and enjoys working with the focused team at Siefa Accounting. Sarah handles a range of responsibilities including payroll processing, communication with new and existing clients, and assisting our bookkeepers with accounting assignments. 


Sarah lives in Puyallup, WA with her husband and 3 children. She is a homeschool mom of 14 years with two in college and one still homeschooling. She spent 10 years working with an international organization in Russia, where she met her husband of 24 years. Together, they love to travel and see new places. 


Sarah enjoys languages, cultures, nurturing young people and finding time to enjoy beauty and be active in the great outdoors. 

Trinity

Intern

Trinity Artemiev works as an intern in our office, assisting our bookkeepers and payroll team with data entry and other office support tasks. Eager to work a steady, part-time job alongside her studies, she joined our team in March of 2024.


Trinity is a full-time student at University of WA and is pursuing a degree in the Bio-medical field. 


Outside of work and school, Trinity enjoys reading, drawing, volunteering at her church, and spending time with friends.
